Is it Nxd4?
Yes, the line should be something like 16. Nxd4 Rdf8 17. Nf3. And now white is up a pawn and black's queenside pawns are a shambles. I think white will plan to castle queenside very soon to get the king out of the center and should have a very nice game.
I'm glad I didn't answer! I thought the solution was probably 1.Bxc5, eg ...Bxc5 2. Ng5 g6 3.hxg6 Nxg6 (if 3...hxg6 4.Rxh8) 4.Rxh7 with the idea of Qh1, Rh8, and Qh7. Just my impression... would have asked Fritz first.
